(KSL News) A missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is recovering this morning after being shot.
Elder Tyler Harding of Mesa, Arizona was shot during an attempted robbery in Brazil. It happened on Saturday.
He's in stable condition in the hospital, and is expected to make a full recovery.
Elder Harding only has three months left in his two year mission.
Brazilian police have arrested a suspect.
