SUMMIT COUNTY — A 51-year-old man who had been missing since Sunday was located in good health Thursday.

Pierre Pond, of Palmer Lake, CO, was last seen early Sunday morning at the Henry's Fork trailhead in the King's Peak area of Summit County. Thursday, Summit County Sheriff's Office said the man was found near Kings Peak safely.

The Summit County Sheriff's Office said he was hiking with another male adult before he went missing. They did not comment further on the circumstances.

He drove a silver and blue 1989 Ford Ranger pickup truck with a white shell on the bed to the trailhead.
