SALT LAKE CITY — Police are looking for more victims after arresting a 17-year-old they say was exposing himself to and groping female joggers.
The teen, who was not identified by police, was arrested Thursday thanks to an alert witness.
Salt Lake City Police Detective Veronica Montoya said the witness heard a woman scream, spotted the suspect running away, and then followed the teen to get a good description of his car.
"While interviewing the suspect, (we found) it may be that there are more victims," Montoya said.
Many of the attacks happened in the area of 900 East and 11th Avenue, but police believe there were others that happened outside the city.
Montoya said anyone who has recently had a similar run-in with a teen anywhere across the Wasatch Front to call the Salt Lake City Police Department at 801-799-3000.
