After the Nicki Minaj-assisted 2010 hit, "Hold You," reggae star Gyptian returns with his fourth album, which is a subtle blend of dancehall, soca and R&B rhythms.

"Sex, Love & Reggae" is a creative and courageous step away from Gyptian's previous albums, and it has the potential to introduce him to new fans. Themes on past records were mostly about love and politics, but Gyptian's new 17-track set features party anthems that will have you dancing.

"Vixen" is the album's catchy lead track and it features vocals from Angela Hunte, best known for co-writing Jay Z's "Empire State of Mind." Hunte also appears on the title track _ a Diplo-produced vibrant number _ alongside soca musician Bunji Garlin. Grammy-winning R&B singer Melanie Fiona compliments Gyptian on the romantic "One More Time," and British singer Estelle seduces on "Majestic Love."

While Gyptian is the album's star, credit must also go to producer Jerry Duplessis, who has also worked with the Fugees, Mary J. Blige and Justin Bieber.

"Sex, Love & Reggae" will easily put Gyptian at the forefront of contemporary reggae music.
