BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — A jury in Billings deliberated for only 16 minutes before finding a 62-year-old man guilty of his 14th drunken-driving offense.
[The Billings Gazette](<http://bit.ly/1lE19sA >) reports Edwin Cuch was convicted Wednesday of driving under the influence and is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 15.
Police arrested Cuch on Oct. 19 after finding him passed out behind the wheel of a parked car with a can of beer between his legs. The car's engine was not running, but a key was in the ignition. Cuch had a blood- alcohol concentration of 0.187 percent, more than double the legal limit for driving.
He has 13 prior DUI convictions dating to 1993. Three of them — in 1998, 2000 and 2006 — happened in Montana, while five each were in Utah and Wyoming.
