PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Jordon Talley hit a jumper with seconds to go to lift UNC Wilmington to an 83-82 win over Drexel on Saturday in a regular season closer for both teams.

The Seahawks (10-20, 7-11 Colonial Athletic Association) trailed 82-81 with eight seconds left when Talley hit the winning bucket. Drexel's Kurk Lee missed a layup at the other end and Austin Williams failed to make the second-chance shot.

The Seahawks are battling with Elon for the sixth spot in the CAA standings, which carries with it an opening-round bye to next weekend's tournament. Elon finishes its regular season at home against James Madison on Monday.

Ty Taylor II led UNCW with 23 points, Talley finished with 21 points, Devontae Cacok added 16 points and 21 rebounds and Jaylen Fornes had 12 points.

Tramaine Isabell scored 29 points with eight rebounds for the Dragons (12-19, 6-12), who set a new Division I comeback record Thursday night with a 34-point rally to beat Delaware 85-83.
