Zoellner was last heard from on Jan. 10 after sending a text message to a family member, according to the Utah County Sheriff's Office. Officials say his debit card was used that day at a Maverik convenience store in Eagle Mountain and then at a different store in Riverton.
Cannon said Saturday there are no indications of foul play or suspicious circumstances in Zoellner's death.
