THE NEWSROOM — Facebook once again came under fire on the subject of misinformation this week.
The social network’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in an interview with tech news website Recode that Holocaust-denying content on the platform shouldn’t be deleted.
He quickly apologized, but it’s not the first run-in Facebook has had with the controversial spread of misinformation.
