SALT LAKE CITY — Believe it or not, it’s still August.
We’ve had a long month of storms, flooding, fires and astronomical wonders, and this week’s gallery is filled more late summer scenes for you to view.
We received several photos of the Tank Hollow Fire in Spanish Fork that was caused by lightning. As of Sunday, the fire had burned about 3,500 acres.
We also received photos of hail, clouds and rainbows resulting from thunderstorms throughout the week.
With Labor Day coming up, we’re all enjoying these final summer days. Send us your photos of how you’re enjoying this time and we’ll include them in next week’s user submitted gallery. To submit photos, click the iWitness button below, or head to the iWitness page on your computer. You can also download the KSL.com app and submit to iWitness using your mobile device.
