ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Rep. Donna Edwards is hosting her annual College and Career Fair.
The fair for high school and middle school students and their parents is scheduled for Saturday at Annapolis High School. The fair is for people who live in Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties, which are in Edwards' congressional district.
More than 130 organizations will be represented, including colleges, universities, training centers, nonprofits and government agencies.
Edwards' office says some college and university representatives will offer on-the-spot admissions from some schools and on-the-spot scholarships.
The event will include seminars on financial aid, trade and technical programs and information on the SAT and the ACT.
