BURLEY, Idaho (AP) - A school administrator at Burley High School accused of sexually abusing two minors has waived her right to an extradition hearing after being arrested in another state.

The decision Thursday clears the way for 41-year-old Tara Leigh Bagley to be returned to Idaho. Bagley - the vice principal at the high school - was arrested last week near St. George, Utah, on seven felony charges of sexual abuse of a child between the ages of 16 and 17.

The Times-News reports (http://bit.ly/Ypgb6q ) that 5th District Court documents spelling out the specifics of the charges will remain sealed until Bagley is returned to authorities in Cassia County.

Authorities have said the charges stem from Bagley's alleged sexual conduct with two female victims from July 2011 to December 2012.
