ALLEN PARK, Mich. (AP) — The Detroit Lions have signed 10 players to their practice squad Sunday, a day after they were cut when the team trimmed its roster to comply with the 53-man limit.

The players added to the practice squad were: guard Rodney Austin, fullback Emil Igwenagu, safety Nate Ness, wide receiver Andrew Peacock, defensive tackle Xavier Proctor, cornerback Mohammed Seisay, linebacker Julian Stanford, tight end Jordan Thompson, tackle Michael Williams and running back George Winn.

Winn has local ties, having been born in Southfield. He played college football at Cincinnati, rushing for 1,334 yards in the 2012 season.
