Count C.J. Miles among those who had concern with Americans celebrating the death of Osama Bin Laden. The Utah Jazz forward shared his opinion on Twitter about the celebrations in Times Square and in front of the White House Sunday night.

C.J. started by retweeting this on Sunday night.

Am I the only one that thinks that these drunk people chanting in the streets is why people hate cocky Americans and wanna bomb our (expletive)?

Miles followed that up with this twitter response.

I know y'all don't like the RT but look at what they did when they felt like they had done something to us they celebrated people dying .. If we do the same thing what makes us better than them ? I am in no way trying to make light of what he did but we look exactly like them right now .. It's great that a person who did so much wrong was caught but I will not celebrate the death of person like that solves everything and by us doin what we are doin will make them do what we did .. Retaliate and then what? We send the very troops we want back at home back to war again it's just a cycle .. I appreciate everything thing that has been done by the troops that allow me to have the freedom I have ... But the front of the white house looking like a concert I don't think is the same pride and honor those troops fought for .. I could be wrong and everybody has opinions on it

On Monday, Miles responded to criticism he received because of his Sunday night tweet.

I don't know why some of you feel like what I'm saying makes me not appreciate what the troops did and do... I'm sorry if you thought that I understand the importance of what they do and there willingness to put there lives on the line .. I'm just speaking from a standpoint of not wanting to see the ongoing cycle of war and killing to continue maybe I don't like bombs and death I don't ..... I believe in justice and I believe a very bad person got what he deserved .. But just remember how you felt when we saw them celebrating and what it lead to is all I'm saying ... At this rate it won't stop till somebody is wiped out and I'm sure everybody over there doesn't deserve that .. I believe in having to protect yourself but also feel that at some point war will be unnecessary we will just be fight to show we are better and not trying to solve the problems .. Once again it's just my opinion from the outside looking in as a person who wants to see it all end which is a bit to ask for I'm sure .. But I'm am not trying to speak on behalf of those who lost members of there family.. Sorry if I was misunderstood there are many feelings on the topic

Miles continued to expound on his opinion with this tweet.

because I play ball there is no thought put into what people say back to me they just blow up and say I have no right to talk about it like I live on another planet it's dumb to me and doesn't make sense but I also understand what your saying @cjhfsu .. BUT I also thought that's why people follow me or I should say us so they could get more than basketball .. But the second the season ends and we step in to the real world it's frowned upon lol so maybe it's not what I'm tweeting maybe some people who follow me need to decide what they want and remember my news channel reports the same as you news channel no matter how big the TV is .. Which is what it all comes down to because we are athletes and make money what problems could we possibly have .. Why are we speaking on These things ... It's soooo stupid .. I'm takin a break I'll talk about the playoffs later so the Universe won't collapse smh

Miles is not the only NBA player to share concern about Americans celebrating the death of Bin Laden. Milwaukee Bucks forward Chris Douglas-Roberts had a much stronger opinion that you can read about in this report in the New York Daily News.

Chris Douglas-Roberts opinion in New York Daily News

Miles supported Douglas-Roberts statements and shared this with Chris via Twitter.

@CDOUGLASROBERTS I just didn't feel like it was reason for a party in front of the White House bro

Douglas-Roberts responded back with this.

@CJMiles34 I just look @ it as a big contradiction. The whole thing is a major contradiction. & I want to say more but I just cant.

Miles responded with the following.

@CDOUGLASROBERTS same here my dude ...same here #respect
