(KSL News) Today two homeless Utah County residents will have a place to call their own.
They are the first to take part in a program designed to help homeless people find a permanent place to stay. Participants in the program will move into apartments paid for by a state grant.
They will also work and meet with mentors and help pay for part of their housing.
