SOUTH SALT LAKE — A 19-year-old driver was injured after he crashed into two parked vehicles late Tuesday night, police said.
A witness saw the teen's car speeding on 500 East and notified South Salt Lake police, and the witness said the car smashed into the vehicles near 3100 South.
The teen's car rolled, and emergency crews used the Jaws of Life to rescue him.
"He's in serious condition, nothing life-threatening, so he should be OK," said Sgt. Darren Carr of the South Salt Lake Police Department. "(It) looks like it's going to be a DUI-related accident."
No one else was injured in the incident.
