WEBER COUNTY -- Three men are behind bars and a large amount of meth is off the streets of Weber County.

The Standard-Examiner reports the Weber-Morgan Narcotics Strike Force arrested Luis Villegas-Ortiz, Rafael Villegas Salcedo, and Jose Villegas-Ortiz early Friday morning following a month-long investigation into the importation of meth into Weber County.

Investigators say the drugs had come from Los Angeles and were going to be sold in Utah and Wyoming.

All three men now face charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
