ST. GEORGE -- A school bus driver is in the Washington County Jail accused of having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old passenger.
On Tuesday, prosecutors charged 41-year-old Misael Romero with three counts of rape.
The Deseret News reports the St. George Police Department received a complaint from the teen's mother last week. She told police the man had been the girl's bus driver for several years.
According to the newspaper, the girl told police the relationship became sexual last month and that they had sex at Romero's home.
