LEHI — A 21-year-old man is in “very critical condition” after an UTV crash in Utah County, officials said.
The crash took place at about 2:20 p.m. near the intersection of Vialetto Way and Annuvolato Street in the Traverse Mountain area, according to Utah County Sheriff Sgt. Spencer Cannon. The crash site is in an unincorporated area of Utah County between Lehi and Draper.
Four college students — two men and two women — were riding in an UTV when it rolled three or four times, Cannon said.
Life Flight was being called to the area to transport the man in critical condition, who was also unconscious, Cannon said.
Two other people were in serious condition, and the fourth UTV passenger had minor injuries, according to Cannon.
Cannon did not immediately release any identifying information about the victims or any other information about the circumstances of the crash.
