(KSL News) -- One man is dead and a woman is recovering in a Utah County hospital. Both were involved in an accident today in Spanish Fork Canyon.
Police say a dump truck was headed north on State Road 6 when it tried to turn into a parking lot. A pick-up truck was traveling behind it and rear-ended the dump truck.
A couple from Wellington was inside. The man died at the scene. The woman, who was the driver, was taken to Mountain View Hospital.
The driver of the semi truck was not injured.
