(KSL News) Utah's college saving plan has been rated as one of the best in the country.
The Educational Savings Plan allows residents to deposit any amount for their children's future educational needs. It does not require that the money be spent at Utah schools or the use of federal student aid programs.
For all these reasons, the Morningstar Investment Research firm has ranked it among the top five saving plans in the nation.
