(KSL News) -- Another suspect charged with kidnapping a 17-year-old West Point boy, has pleaded guilty.

22-year-old Gary Hart, of Clearfield, cut a deal with prosecutors. He pleaded guilty to a second-degree felony aggravated assault charge. Hart faces sentencing in September.

Kidnapping Suspect Pleads Guilty

20-year-old Tiffany Nelson pleaded guilty to the same assault charge in July.

They are two of four suspects accused of an elaborate kidnapping that began in Clearfield and ended near Cedar City in April.

The victim was severely beaten.

Two other suspects in the case will go to trial next month.
