(Salt Lake City-AP) -- The man charged for his role in a southern Utah crash that killed four Mexican nationals earlier this month pleaded innocent in federal court today.
David Jose-Gonzalez, age 18, is charged with transporting illegal aliens, punishable by up to five years in prison for each of the 13 people involved in the accident.
A trial is scheduled for February 24th.
