(Spanish Fork-AP) -- A Salt Lake City couple walked away from a plane crash with minor injuries today.
Regan and Mori Richmond were returning to Salt Lake after spending the holidays in Blanding.
Their single-engine plane crashed into a field and flipped upside-down in Spanish Fork.
According to a Utah County sheriff's deputy, a neighbor who saw the crash called 9-1-1. When emergency crews arrived, they found the couple had escaped from the plane on their own.
Regan Richmond is being treated for facial cuts and a possible injury to his spine. His wife appeared to be uninjured.
