(Lincoln, Nebraska-AP) -- A company is considering selling Nebraska water to drought-struck states in the West and shipping it here by train.

Homeland Hydro Options of Sedalia, Colorado says it would drill wells in Western Nebraska and ship seven (m)million gallons of water per week to reservoirs in eastern Colorado.

They'd sell it to cities like Denver and Greeley, which are suffering from the drought. Water would also be marketed to Utah and Wyoming.
