(South Ogden-AP) -- New Juab County Attorney Jared Eldridge has reviewed the reports of the October sightseeing bus crash that killed seven people, but has made no decision on charges.

He says the reports raised more questions than they answered and he plans to interview investigators.

The accident that occurred on Nebo Loop October second after the brakes on the bus apparently failed, causing it to crash into a group of trees and tip over on its side.

The Senior Friends of Ogden, a social group sponsored by Ogden Regional Medical Center, was on a fall foliage tour when the Donna's Tours bus accident occurred. Twenty-one others on the bus were injured.

Donna's Tours attorney George Naegle says it was simply a tragic accident and there are no facts that justify criminal charges.
