(Ogden-AP) -- A man accused of squeezing to death his 5-month-old son will be in court today in Ogden.
The pretrial conference for Patrick Tilt will be in front of Judge Stanton M. Taylor.
Prosecutors claim they have a signed confession from Tilt, whose son died in July.
The charges accused Tilt of squeezing the infant to death, then going back to sleep and pretending he knew nothing about it.
