(Salt Lake City, KSL News) -- The two North Sanpete High School wrestlers involved in a hazing incident last month will face criminal charges.

Eighteen-year-old Tyler Lee will be charged as an adult. The 17-year-old student will be charged as a juvenile.

The prosecutor isn't saying what specifically the charges will be. Both boys are serving their second week of suspension from school.

Meanwhile, the parents of the victim issued an "intent to sue" the school district, accusing school officials of impropriety in dealing with the matter.
