(Salt Lake City-AP) -- The Utah Senate has restarted a bill that would ban children under age 18 from riding in open pickup truck beds.
Two earlier attempts to get the bill through the Senate have stalled.
But yesterday, the measure passed 15-to-eleven. It now goes to the House for consideration.
