(Salt Lake City- KSL TV) A Reno man suspected in the disappearance of his wife and abandonment of his stepson is now in police custody.
Lyle Montgomery was taken into custody yesterday after being released from a psychiatric hospital.
Montgomery is being held without bail on a previous domestic violence charge. He is the primary suspect in the disappearance of Jenette Corpuz -- his wife -- who has not been seen since mid-January.
Police in Nevada believe Corpuz has been killed.
Montgomey is also accused of abandoning Corpuz' three-year-old son Jacob at a Salt Lake Shopko.
The boy is now living with his father.
