(Provo-AP) -- Paul Turner of Provo is still facing charges for allegedly trying to poison his wife -- and now the woman has filed for divorce.
Police say 26-year-old Paul Turner confessed in October that three times, he tried various ways to poison his spouse. The woman wasn't harmed, but now, four months later, she has filed court papers seeking a divorce.
A hearing in the criminal case against Paul Turner is scheduled later this month. He's trying to get evidence of his confession thrown out of court.
