(Ogden, KSL News) -- A late night fight has resulted in the death of an Ogden man.
Police were called to a Ogden home shortly after 11 p.m. last night for a weapons disturbance.
When they arrived they found 47 year old Serefin Conde, who had been shot to death.
The suspect, Jose Lopez, was arrested a short time later.
Investigators say the two men were at a party in a room Lopez was renting when they got into an argument.
That's when Lopez allegedly pulled out a gun and fired.
Lopez has been booked into the Weber County Jail.
