(KSL TV) A West Valley City man accused of murdering his wife and young daughter will be in court today. A scheduling conference will be held for Brian Sullivan.
Police say that Sullivan stabbed his wife Larae and the couple's three year old daughter and then cleaned and arranged the bodies -- before turning himself in at a local mental health facility.
Sullivan could face the death penalty if convicted.
