(KSL TV) Polygamist Tom Green says he will appeal his biagamy conviction to the Utah Supreme Court.

Green made an agreement with the Utah attorney general's office this weekend that will allow him to bypass the Court of Appeals and go straight to the high court.

The appeal argues that Green didn't commit bigamy because he never legally married any of his five wives.

During the trial, Green denied that he lived with any of his wives exclusively or that he intended to be husband and wife with them in any legal sense.
