(KSL TV) A key index of salaries in Utah has hit the web -- and you may be surprised to learn who is making the most money in the state.
The Department of Workforce Services has recently added the feature, which lists hundreds jobs and what they pay. The Department surveyed 3,000 Utah Employers to come up with this breakdown.
So who makes the most? Doctors. Not surprisingly -- physicians make nearly $60 an hour.
After doctors, air traffic controllers make about $50 an hour. Engineering managers $35. Pharmacists weigh in at $34 an hour.
And traditionally the lowest paid - food prep workers- at about $6 an hour.
