(KSL News) Less than a week after Governor Jon Huntsman Jr. signed it into law, Utah's school voucher bill is being amended.

The changes give more oversight money to the program. It also requires criminal background checks of teachers in private schools accepting voucher students. And, it requires a state audit of the program after five years instead of seven.
