(Salt Lake City-AP) -- A 19-year-old Midvale man has been charged with stealing a pair of cell phones and using them to make numerous fake 9-1-1 calls.

The suspect allegedly called in a bomb threat, reported that someone had been shot in the stomach, made several calls reporting people with guns, and even taunted police, saying a home had been booby-trapped with shotguns.

Travis Luke Dominguez now faces 15 counts emergency reporting abuse. Police think he did it just because he liked to watch them react.
