SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Residents can enjoy free pancakes for breakfast this morning and help a good cause all at the same time.
It's all part of IHOP's Second National Pancake Day Celebration going on today.
During the event, residents can enjoy a free short stack of pancakes and help support Primary Children's Medical Center.
All they have to do is go to participating IHOP restaurants in the Salt Lake City area, and for every short stack serviced, guests are invited to make a donation to the children's hospital.
The event will be held from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Last year, Pancake Day raised $340,000. This year, they hope to raise $500,000.
