(KSL TV) Former state Representative Brent Parker has plead guilty to soliciting sex from an undercover officer posing as a male prostitute during the General legislative session.
The misdemeanor charge carries $1,000 fine and six months in jail, but Parker will attend the ten-week "Johns Program" instead.
That is a counseling program for defendants charged with soliciting sex.
If Parker completes the program the case will be dismissed in one year.
