(West Valley City-AP) -- Franklin Covey Company, which provides products and services to helping people and businesses operate more efficiently, has been threatened with delisting from the New York Stock Exchange.

The exchange recently notified the company that it fails to meet two conditions of a listing: maintaining a minimum share price of one dollars and maintaining a minimum market capitalization of 15 million dollars over a 30 trading-day period.

Franklin Covey's shares, which reached a high of about 40 dollars in 1994, have plummeted in recent years as the company has reported continued losses.
