SALT LAKE CITY -- As if donating over 400 turkeys for Thanksgiving wasn't enough, a young girl has donated more for Christmas.
Nine-year-old Tia Smart started the Thanksgiving "Kid Power Turkey Drive" last year. She and six of her friends went door to door asking people to donate money.
This year, Tia collected enough money to buy turkeys for Christmas too. She dropped off more than 800 turkeys, along with other Christmas feast items, to the Utah Food Bank Monday.
