Ed Yeates reportingUtah's caseload for SARS is now up to seven, with the two most recent infections diagnosed at Hill Air Force Base.

The military is concerned about base personnel traveling to and from affected areas, and is taking special precautions.

The two people at Hill diagnosed with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome were retired Air Force Officers. They are the first two cases reported in the military.

While Hill's two cases were non-active personnel, both have recovered, and the infections were not passed on to anyone else. The military is still taking special precautions.

The general public can make choices about travel to affected areas, but the military, in many cases, cannot.

If you don't have to travel to affected areas, which now include Toronto, Canada, then don’t. That's the advice, but experts are still cautioning people not to overreact.

Though SARS is dangerous, the recovery rate still far outweighs deaths.

Out of nearly 4,288 cases worldwide, 251 have died. The United States has 231 probable and suspected cases, with no deaths here so far.

Doctors are also getting a little better diagnosing the infections. If tests come up positive for Coronovirus, the person is now listed as a probable case. If not, they're simply suspect cases.

Though the actual villain for SARS remains a mystery, Coronovirus for now is still number one on the list of suspects.

Incidentally, world health experts are now looking at what may be several strains of mutated viruses within the Coronovirus family.

Some may be more potent which could explain why some patients get sicker than others.
