(KSL TV) A main thoroughfare between Salt Lake and Tooele will close today for five months.
Crews will do bridgework, repave the road, and make safety improvements in the area from 92nd West to State Road 202 near the Saltair cutoff.
Motorists traveling from Salt Lake County toward Tooele are advised to use alternate routes including Bangerter Highway or take I-215 to I-80 westbound.
People traveling from Tooele to Salt Lake County are advised to use I-80 eastbound.
