(KSL News) A man accused of kidnapping an 11-year-old Minnesota girl will be extradited from Utah today.
Antonio Andrade was arrested Thursday in Heber City, less than 24 hours after he allegedly took Cindy Bruno from her St. Cloud, Minnesota, home.
An Amber alert issued shortly after Bruno's disappearance is credited with her safe return.
Currently Andrade is charged with deprivation of parental rights. Federal kidnapping charges have not been filed because authorities aren't sure if Bruno went with Andrade willingly.
