In South Salt Lake, police SWAT teams arrested a suspect who ran from police and hid in a residential neighborhood.

Police pulled over 19-year-old Isaac Gallegos while he was driving in the area of 3000 South and 500 East. Officers say he was driving on a revoked license, and that Gallegos lied to police about his age.

Gallegos fled on foot and hid in a nearby home. Police searched backyards with the help of police dogs, who soon sniffed him out.

Gallegos was wanted on a warrant for previously evading police. Gallegos may be charged with resisting arrest, fleeing police, giving false information, and possession of a controlled substance.
