(KSL News) -- Highway troopers say a drunk driver caused last night's nine car pile up on I-15.
They say that the intoxicated man suddenly stopped his vehicle while traveling on I-15 southbound.
Several other vehicles then crashed into his car and others on the freeway. At least two people were transported to local hospital with injuries sustained in the crash.
The accident backed up traffic for more than an hour while the accident scene was cleared.
The driver responsible for the accident was booked into the Davis County jail.
