(KSL News) -- The baby boy found crawling across State Street in Orem, is back home with his mother this afternoon.
A judge gave the child back to his mother during a hearing earlier this afternoon.
A passing motorist -discovered the child yesterday around three in the morning wearing only a diaper.
The baby's mother was at work and had left the child with relatives. He got out of the house through a screen door.
