(KSL News) -- When the new Salt Lake City Main Library opened up, a lot of stuff was left behind in the old building.
So, the city is going to put those items up for auction.
Quite a few people showed up today to place a bids on chairs and desks, filing cabinets; even a piano!
The city wants the building cleaned out to make room for a new arts and cultural center.
The top-bids will be awarded Tuesday, and any leftovers will be on sale next Saturday from eight until noon.
