(American Fork-AP) -- American Fork police have arrested a nurse in the death of his wife.
Police allege 32-year-old Peter Seti Uluave brought home prescription drugs May 17th from Utah Valley Regional Medical Center and attempted to treat his wife, 32-year-old Rebecca, for a purported panic attack.
Police Lieutenant Darren Falslev said Peter Uluave left his wife in bed, went to a baseball game and came back to find her dead.
He said the death appeared to be a drug-induced overdose.
Police arrested Uluave yesterday and he was booked for investigation of negligent homicide, practicing medicine without a license, obstruction of justice, two counts of possession of a prescription drug without a prescription and possession of stolen property.
