(KSL News) -- The third district court clerk charged with five felonies, for dismissing dozens of cases, was arraigned in court today.
Gloria Russo has been charged with obstruction of justice, fraud, and altering public records, for throwing out nearly two dozen cases, while working in Salt Lake, and briefly in Summit County.
Today, the judge waived the reading of the charges against Russom and set her next court appearance for July 18th.
