(KSL TV) A Bountiful teen is in the hospital this morning after receiving first and second degree burns over 30 percent of her body.
Police say the 15-year old girl was experimenting with rubbing alcohol with two friends. The trio apparently wanted to see how quickly it would burn.
The girl was splashed with the fluid -- which then caught fire, burning her from her face to her stomach.
She was taken via helicopter to the University of Utah burn center where she is being treated.
